After an extensive review process the leadership of the Million Dollar Round Table, (MDRT), the premier association for Financial Advisors, has asked Cesar to join the MDRT Top of the Table's Court of the Tables Committee. Top of the Table is an accolade reached by less than one percent of Financial Advisors around the world.

The committee was formed to assist Court of the Table members achieve greater levels of success through improved engagement and awareness of resources. Court of the Table is the second highest form of MDRT Membership, the goal of the committee is to create an ecosystem that helps COT members attain Top of the Table Honors.  The panel is made up by members around the world.
